Hi Shana I'm from Tiktok, I've been seeing you post about your mom D'Fire's story for a few days now, and I just want to thank you for preserving and sharing her work with us 20+ years later. The old Internet (pre-2010) is something I hold dear to me as I certainly have had my fair share of good friends both near and far thanks to the World Wide Web. :)

How did you know D'Fire?: We became friends when she tried to teach me to do html.
Do you have a website you'd like to share?: Lost it when geocities shut down ,was in hospital and had no way to save site in time.

Donna was a cool lady and friend, she would talk to me on the phone often, about nothing yet about so much, she was a true friend. Love and miss her.

D’Fire was my very Heart! I love her not only as a Friend but a Sister in so many ways. We talk on the phone a lot lol We work closely together on many things. Her loss was felt so Deep! :bouncey: As the name suggest I am D'Fire's daughter, one of two to be exact, the oldest. I am the creator of this page, a love letter of sorts to an awesome lady gone far too soon. I hope the page and the guest book serves as a living space for past Site Fighters to reminisce, and for all others to experience the glory of what was the internet in the ealry 2000s!
